Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Boost is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to challenge, empower and energize you. Combining cardio, strength training, core work and meditation, this total body workout will boost your physical and mental well being. This 60-minute class (45-minutes virtually) is just for you and will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

Thanks for enrolling in our monthly community class! This class is open to all women (and their partners). All you need for class is a 6x6' space, access to Zoom, some water and a yoga mat or floor space. Dumbbells and/or resistance bands for added resistance are optional. This class is open to all fitness levels. Come for a fun and motivational workout, plus time to reflect on what you want to do in the upcoming month to feel your best!
