Body Back® Transformation
It's time to get your Body Back. Actually, scratch that. Get yourself back. You keep everyone in your family on track, but who helps keep YOU on track?
Our specially-trained coaches will take you on an 8-week journey to reach your fullest potential. Our meal plans, workouts, accountability and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy. But more than that--we're moms, too. We understand your challenges and we can help you overcome them.
Whether you want to lose weight, get toned, or just do something good for your body and your mind, our coaches will help you meet your specific goals in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Transformation Group receives:
- 2x Week Body Back HIIT workouts
- Before and after fitness assessments, measurements, photos and weigh ins
- Weekly meal plans, food journals and at home workouts
- Weekly outside of class challenges to keep you motivated
- Accountability in class and online in a private Facebook group
- Community, support & fun in helping you reach your personal goals
- PLUS 2 additional FIT4MOM classes to use as make up classes or additional classes during your 8 week session!*
This class is for moms only, no children. It is recommended that you be at least 6 months postpartum before beginning this program.

Cancellation Policy: Purchase of a Body Back session is non-refundable and non-transferrable after session starts.
