Body Well Mini Session GRANT PARK (4 Weeks)

Enjoy twice weekly small group HIIT workouts with a supportive group of women. These workouts are designed to give you maximum benefit, both physically and mentally.

Mini session includes 2x week small group inspirational HIIT workouts in person at Grant Park, goal setting, weekly challenges and an online group to connect with other women in the session. Clients will also have access to our Body Well Summer Client Guide. PLUS enjoy access to all of our additional virtual live classes PLUS all workout recordings!! Mini session also includes downloadable Habit Tracker and Weekly Check ins with coach for additional accountability.

All clients enrolled in Body Well need a resistance band, which can be purchased for $12. Assessments will completed outside of class time.
