Virtual Class

Virtual Workouts are offered LIVE Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat at 9AM PST and Thursdays at 430PM. Workouts are appropriate for all levels and for moms in all stages of motherhood! M/W/F workouts run about 35 minutes, Thursday 430PM are a quick 20 min class, and Saturdays run about 50 minutes. All are conducted via Zoom from the comfort of your home! All are also recorded and accessible via our Member Portland - Virtual Library!

Please have a yoga mat or towel and a resistance band (or weights) ready for your workout! Need a resistance band, please email megancaldwell@fit4mom.com

Mondays 9AM | Strides 360 - Our signature cardio endurance class has been made virtual! Expect cardio endurance (you will be sweaty!) plus speed, agility & quickness, plus lower body conditioning
Wednesdays 9AM | Cardio Barre - Exactly as the name sounds, join us for some cardio to get the heart rate up, and then controlled lower body & vertical core work. This format mirrors our Stroller Barre program
Thursdays 430PM | 20 Minute Express - Join us for a quick, get-your-sweat-on and feel good class! Class format varies from Fired Up Core to Strength Ladder to Buns & Guns and more!
Fridays 9AM | Full Body Strength - Get in a bit of cardio, plus complex strength moves! Leave feeling strong and empowered! Resistance band is recommended
Saturday 9AM | Body Boost HIIT - Join us for a full-body cardio, strength & core workout. Go all in for a true HIIT style workout, or take it at your own level for a full body workout.
